All registrations are binding, Invoices must be paid within 5 days of issue and before the event date. PeaTree Consulting reserves the right to cancel a delegate's registration if payment is not received in time. Non-payment does not cancel your obligation to pay.
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 7 working days before the event to qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 7 working days before the event. Substitutions of delegates are allowed at any time at no extra cost. Event Changes & Cancellations by PeaTree, PeaTree Consulting reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, change venues, change speakers, or adjust the program at its discretion due to circumstances beyond its control. If the event is cancelled by PeaTree Consulting, no refunds will be issued. Instead, delegates will receive a credit note, valid for 12 months, to attend a future event. Credit notes are non-transferable and can only be used by the original registered delegate or organisation.
Delegates who do not attend without cancelling as per the policy above will be considered "no shows" and remain liable for the full fee.
While PeaTree Consulting takes care to secure appropriate venues, it is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or for any travel/accommodation costs incurred due to changes or cancellations. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own transport and accommodation unless otherwise stated.

PeaTree Consulting expects all delegates to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
PeaTree Consulting will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by delegates during or after the event, including delays or cancellations caused by (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
